Unfortunately from time to time certain styles in certain sizes will appear out of stock, this is due to the popular demand of Base London shoes. We always endeavour to have enough stock to satisfy the needs of our consumers but occasionally this isn't possible. Due to recent events, we have introduced security filters on the site, which ensure safer payments for both the company and the customer. If your payment is rejected by risk controls (FMF) it will be down to one of the following filters:

- An AVS is unsupported by your credit/debit card provider

- The delivery address is to somewhere we do not deliver to as yet.

. How Can I Track My Delivery?
Please ensure to enter an email address and a phone number when placing your order. Once you have completed your order, you will receive a dispatch email with your tracking link. Our courier service will text you the morning of your delivery to let you know a time slot that your order will be delivered. What Do I Do If I Have a Complaint?
