If there’s one thing we pride ourselves on in Britain, it’s our ability to put on a bloody good festival..Rain n all. As the Festival Season has almost started, we thought we’d give you a little guide to the Top festivals to cover all ages and all music fans.


  1. Boomtown Fair Festival 2017

Take to Hampshire this August to check out Boomtown Festival! Getting more and more popular each year, since starting in 2009. The festival has an elaborate mythos, which is built upon each year and includes a town mayor, elaborate and awesome setting/layout, elections, and passports – pretty cool huh? Pretty cool huh? Kicks off August 10th-13th. With acts such as The Specials, M.I.A 7 Cypress Hill, you don’t want to skip this one.

2.  Secret Garden Party

The Secret Garden Party (SGP) is an annual independent arts and music festival which takes place in Abbots Ripton near Huntingdon in England. Swaying more towards the younger crowd with a colourful atmosphere and even more colourful music; including the likes of Metronomy, Crystal Fighters & Toots & Maytals. Kicks off from July 20-23.

3. Glastonbury

Of course, the  mother of all festivals.. Glastonbury! It may take a miracle to get hold of tickets for this year, but as back up – the whole thing is televised! So you can tuck up on the sofa and enjoy everyone elses’ muddiness from the comfort of your home. With the likes of Foo Fighters, Ed Sheeran & Radiohead headlining – your not gunna want to miss this one. Kicks off 21st-25th June.

4. Brentwood Festival

We wouldn’t miss our very own local Brentwood Festival – who just by chance has a great line-up including our very own band Missing Andy! One for the families and locals to enjoy, many beer tents to test and food stalls to smell. Fun for all the family..not to miss!

5. Boardmasters 2017

Moving our way down to Cornwall now wth Boardmasters! The festival is a combination of live music and surfing/skateboarding competitions in and around the town of Newquay. Swapping views of fields, for views of the seaside is not a bad option. Especially when Two Door Cinema Club & Jamiroquai are included. Kicking off 9-12th August.

6.  Download Festival

For the rockers of you out there, this might be the ticket for you. Download Festival featuring all tie favourites like Biffy Clyro, System of a Down and the almighty Aerosmith. Taking place in Leicestershire from 9th-11th July, if this sounds up your street then get in quick.
