Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, boring or time-consuming.

  1. Prepping food the night before saves time and effort
  2. Making big batches of food means you can stretch the food over a couple nights or use for lunch the next day
  3. Using less ingredients but flavoursome ingredients means you don’t have to use as many which saves you time, money and effort when cooking!
