Once confined to a drunken office party or a sales conference with a legless and eventually braless receptionist, the 'Business fling' doesn't carry the social shame that it once did. Fresh Meat
You're the new, good looking boy about the office, your female co-workers admire you, and they're all talking about you and what they'd do to you. The fact that they may be nearly twice your age and they've been married for many years is no object, to them you're just fresh meat.
Everyone's At it!
A survey of office workers in 2008 concluded that 46% of office has experienced a workplace tryst whilst 13% said that they hadn't but were willing.
This is a Modern World
Not long ago many companies would install a strict no-socializing policy resembling that of a chinese sweat shop, however times are a-changing. Companies now seem to embrace office relationships, some even get employees to sign a contract that says whay goes on is their business but in the office they need to conduct themeselves properly.
Is She Worth It?
If you get tangled in a relationship witha co-worker there's no escape, she's there with you 24 long hours a day, everyone knows your business, everyone knows when you're going through a rocky patch and everyone knows, well, everything. It can be complicated and affect your caree, the dating part is fine, breaking up is difficult and you don't want to call her a bitch in a meeting. So consider it long and hard before embarking on an office romance.
Beware the Reputation
You don't want to be known for fishing off the office pier so beware of becoming a regular. Don't forget you still have to spend day in day out with these people and in the office there's very few places to hide.
