Top 3... Hardest Sports

Rugby's for girls and boxing is for pensioners when compared to this lot. You definitely shouldn't try any of these at home, although if you were stupid enough to even try them then perhaps you wouldn't be able to read this in the first place. Here is Base London's guide to the Top 3...hardest sports.
1. Cage Fighting.
Also known commercially as Ultimate Fighting Champion, cage fighting is the ultimate no holds barred form of wrestling. The general aim is to twat everyoneand everything in your path unconscious and render your opponent as near death as possible. Probably the highest scoring sport for general violence, cage
fighting is only for the physically tough or mentally wrong and can result in a permanent vegetative state.
2. Krav Maga.
Hand to hand military combat designed to prevent, deal and overcome all kinds of violence and attacks typical of your local dark alleyway, cars and aircrafts. Krav Maga teaches a series of moves, chokes, and kicks that disarm your attacker and brutally maim them for life. Krav Maga is the choice of many an aspiring bodyguard, or those prone to being mugged.
3. Parkour.
The French 'extreme sport' is now a global phenomenon, Parkour, is the practice of running in urban areas attempting to pass everyday obstacles by any means necessary at the fastest speed possible, done using incredibly fast thinking, reactions and improvisation. Parkour can bedeemed as an art form due to the fluidity and elegance of the movement, however, it can also cause serious injury not to mention humiliation from falls.
