No Time To Make Gourmet Dinners?

Check out some of these Five-Ingredient dishes that will take minimum effort and minimum time:

 

200g chorizo
1 tbsp olive oil
410g can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
250g jar roasted mixed peppers, drained and roughly chopped
handful coriander leaves, chopped
2 tbsp natural yogurt

500g new potatoes
200g pack smoked salmon
8 large eggs
2 tbsp chopped dill
100g frozen petits pois

2 tbsp Madras curry paste
1 large butternut squash (600g/1lb 5oz peeled weight), chopped into medium size chunks
1 red pepper, halved, deseeded and roughly chopped into chunks
400g can reduced-fat coconut milk
small bunch coriander, roughly chopped

Cooking doesn't have to be hard, boring or time-consuming.

  1. Prepping food the night before saves time and effort
  2. Making big batches of food means you can stretch the food over a couple nights or use for lunch the next day
  3. Using less ingredients but flavoursome ingredients means you don't have to use as many which saves you time, money and effort when cooking!
